A Mortgage Professional can give you an accurate estimate of your monthly payments would be based on different prices as well as fit you into the best loan program for you. They will review your credit profile to ensure that you would even qualify. If you don't qualify, they should work with you to repair your credit so you can be a home buyer in the future. The professionals in this market (Real Estate Agents & Mortgage Professionals) have to work extra hard to survive in this market. Use this to your advantage and work with qualified professionals that understand what it takes to get the job done legally and ethically.

Step 2 - Know What You Want!
