Movement Financial Group (a division of zoomUTAH.com) offers homeowners Mortgage Modification services.

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) July 15, 2008 -- ZoomUtah, Utah's largest Real Estate Directory, has expanded their services to include Mortgage Modifications. Through its Lending division, Movement Financial Group, borrowers have a much higher success rate in gaining the relief they need to keep them out of loan default.

"Many people have tried to do this on their own with their lender, but most of the time it falls on deaf ears. They can't speak to anyone who is authorized to make a command decision. We work with an Attorney firm which specializes in this service. These Attorneys speak to the Lender's top brass, those that answer to Wall Street about their portfolio performance. These under-performing loans are severely affecting the Bank's ability to borrow money at decent interest rates and the ripple effect is widespread through our entire financial system," said Joel Ellowitz, a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with Movement Financial Group.

A detailed application is filled out by the borrower(s), accompanied by a flat fee of $3500. The application goes through the "scrubbing" department where it is determined whether there is sufficient hardship present to go forward. If not, the money is returned to the borrower(s). If the case has merit, it goes on to the Attorneys, who are 94% successful in modifying the mortgage to produce a monthly payment that the borrower(s) say they can afford.

Amazingly, one does not have to be late on their mortgage payment or monthly bills. If there is a change in circumstance producing a hardship, chances are that you will be able to modify your Mortgage Note.

"I have continued to help many families purchase and refinance through this tumultuous last year. It bothers me that the people who need the most help are left to the wolves. Until now, there has been a major communication disconnect between borrowers and their Lender. We are trying to provide the direct connection necessary to achieve success for those that truly need our help. We have experienced the Perfect Storm in our credit and financial markets. These Lenders don't want to foreclose on our properties, they're blindly going through the motions because they have bigger problems, demanding all of their attention", said Joel Ellowitz.

Certainly, many people do not understand the Modification requirements. When visiting; www.zoomutah.com, on the left bar, go down to the Lending section and choose "Mortgage Modification". The description offers a synopsis and some case studies. You will find a definition of a loan modification, home owner benefits and what determines a qualified candidate.
